Are your scented candles safe? | There are no known health hazards to burning scented candles. Our premium fragrance oils are approved for candle usages and do not release toxic chemicals. 

What kind of wax are your candles made of? | We use a premium soy wax. We do not use any blends and there is certainly no paraffin used in our candles. 

Are your candles made with lead wicks? | No! Our wicks are lead and zinc free.

Should I trim the wick? | Yes, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before every use. To ensure a proper burn, be sure to keep your candle away from drafts, vents or air currents. If your candle flickers continually or starts to smokes, it is a sign that your candle is not burning properly. You should extinguish it immediately, allow the candle to cool, trim the wick and then re-light your candle.

Do your candles produce soot? | Our team has worked hard to ensure a soot-less candle and so far our extensive testings have yielded no soot around the edges of our jars.

How long should I burn a candle? | You should burn your candle at least until the melt pool reaches the perimeter of the jar and burn it for no more than 4 hours at a time. You can re-light your candle as soon as the wax solidifies. This allows the candle to burn evenly, prevent "tunneling”, and maximizes the life of your homegrown luxury™ candle. For safety, discontinue burning your candle when ½ inch of wax is left — we promise, there’s more candles where your candle came from. 

Are your candles vegan? | Yes, our candles are vegan. They do not consume meat or animal products. 😉

How long will it take for my candle to be delivered? | We want your candle to arrive as soon as possible so we try to get orders out within one business day. However, we ask for at least 48 business hours to ship your order. If your candles are being shipped to a location in Oklahoma deliveries are usually next day. If your package is shipped outside of Oklahoma delivery could take about 3 days. 

Will I get tracking information? | Yes, tracking information will be sent shortly after your shipping label is created and you’ll be able to track its destination all the way to your door. 

What if I do not like my candle? Can I return it? | We want you to love your candle so we offer free returns as long as the candle is unused. Just send it back to us and we will send another one of your choice to you for free, minus shipping.
